Employee training extends far beyond the onboarding process, and opportunities for advancement should never dry up for any employee. In order to maintain high employee engagement and retention, organizations should constantly offer training and advancement for every employee.
Advancement does not have to be into a leadership role. There are other ways you can increase an employee’s “status” in your organization. They can be qualified to train and mentor others, given a more flexible work schedule, or awarded days to spend volunteering with their favorite charity.
Great organizations continue to develop members throughout their employment lifecycle. If you would like help with your training and advancement program, reach out to Nock Advisory.
