Who We Are
Bill Tracewell graduated from Texas A&M University in 1994 with a bachelors degree in marketing. After serving as a regional sales manager for a motor oil company, he joined The Delta Companies in 2001 as one of the original partners. During his tenure at Delta, Bill served in various roles. In 2006, he was tasked with starting the allied healthcare division for TDC, which grew to staffing over 300 therapists across the country under his leadership. After serving as EVP of the allied division, Bill was promoted to COO and then to CEO. During his time as CEO, Delta grew to over 250 internal employees while staffing over 500 medical providers. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jenny and their three wonderful children.
