Advice for New Hires

A common question we get when speaking to new hires within an organization is, “What advice do you have for someone starting out in a new role?” Our response: put yourself in as many new situations as possible. Reach out to more prospects than your peers each and every day. The more potential customers you speak to the more likely you are to face a problem or situation for which you are unprepared. This can sound scary, but stepping out of your comfort zone and exposing yourself to new challenges will expedite your growth in your new role. Your technique will improve, and the results will follow.
